Questions

Is UGS enough to add a game to my app?

It gives you matchmaking and relay, but you still build the game and bring players. Parlor ships both, and it is not Unity-only.

Does UGS work outside Unity?

It is built for Unity. Parlor is plain REST and one socket, so any stack works.

Do I get opponents?

No, not from UGS. Parlor pools opponents across apps.
